Construction Advisory
March 6, 2011 - Exterior masonry and ornamental roofing components are complete on the building's facade. Interior work continues on schedule. Road work near the hospital continues under the direction of the Springfield Water & Sewer Commission and the Springfield DPW. Underground construction in this area is nearly complete. This work is not directly related to the construction of the hospital, but impacts the traffic in the nearby district.

Construction Schedule

November 2010 - April 2011
The exterior facade of the building contintutes take shape, with the completion of construction of the brick and stone components. The building will begin to take on its true 'distinction' as this work progresses. Installation of glass and window are expected to be completed during construction period.

Expect traffic to be busy at the construction site throughout this period as the delivery of construction materials and project components continues, and water and sewer work continues.
